Remove/install crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1900V

	Remove
	Risk of injury  due to hands being crushed when window glass is not secure	Secure window to prevent it from falling down.
1	Remove door foil from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1010V
2	Remove inner sealing rail from front door		AR72.10-P-1600V
3	Remove outer sealing rail from front door		AR72.10-P-1700V
4	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and move crank window (1) up until bolts (2, 3) are accessible and the crank window (1) can be reached from top.	The crank window (1) is lowered and raised with STAR DIAGNOSIS.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
5	Loosen bolt (2) and unscrew bolt (3)
6	Remove crank window (1) upward from door shaft.	Carefully remove crank window (1) from door shaft to prevent damaging the crank window (1).
7.1	Remove bracket (6) from crank window (1) with wedge shim (5).	Only when replacing crank window (1).
	Install
8.1	Install bracket (6) on crank window (1) with wedge shim (5).	Only when replacing crank window (1).
9	Install crank window (1) in door shaft, insert clamping jaws (4) and screw in bolt (3).	Carefully install crank window (1) in door shaft to prevent damaging the crank window (1).
10	Adjust crank window (1)		AR72.10-P-1950-04V

11	Install outer sealing rail on front door		AR72.10-P-1700V
12	Install inner sealing rail on front door		AR72.10-P-1600V
13	Adjust crank window (1)		AR72.10-P-1950V
