11.7.06	Bolt, stabilizer bar retaining clamp to bearing bracket		*BA32.20-P-1001-02L
	Bolt, torsion bushing retaining clamp		*BA32.20-P-1002-02L

	Removing
	Risk of injury caused by pinching or crushing when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension	Use only approved tensioning devices; shield off hazard area if necessary. 	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
1	Raise vehicle using drive-on lifting platform
2.1	Detach lower engine compartment paneling	Vehicles with gasoline engine	AR61.20-P-1105GZ
2.2	Remove soundproofing	Vehicles with diesel engine	AR94.30-P-5300GZ
3	Remove bolts (2) of torsion bar retaining clamps (3) and remove torsion bar retaining clamps	Mark installation positions.
4	Pull stabilizer bar (1) away from front axle carrier and fold downwards	Do not twist or damage rubber boots (arrows B) of joints on link rods (7).
5	Remove bolts (5) of torsion bushing retaining clamps (6) and remove torsion bushings (4) from torsion bar (1)	Mark installation positions.
	Checking
6	Check torsional bearing for signs of damage	Replace if necessary.
	Install
	Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.
7	Mount torsional bearing (4) onto stabilizer bar (1), insert bolts (5) into torsional bearing retaining clamps (6) and screw on the nuts	Observe any previous markings. Do not tighten nuts of bolts (5) yet.
8	Position stabilizer bar (1) on front axle carrier together with stabilizer bar retaining clamps (3), then insert the bolts (2)	Observe any previous markings. Align stabilizer bar (1) in center. The bent ends of the stabilizer bar face downwards. Insert the torsional bearing (4) into the fixtures (arrows A). Do not twist or damage rubber boots (arrows B) of joints on link rods (7). Do not tighten bolts (2) yet.
9	Check correct positioning of stabilizer bar, torsional bearing, torsional bearing retaining clamps and stabilizer bar retaining clamps	Realign if necessary.
10	Fully tighten bolts (5)		*BA32.20-P-1002-02L
11	Fully tighten bolts (2)		*BA32.20-P-1001-02L
12.1	Install lower engine compartment paneling.	Vehicles with gasoline engine	AR61.20-P-1105GZ
