Bleed clutch operating system - AR25.20-P-0070P

MODIFICATION NOTES

11.9.07 Bleed screw to central clutch operator *BA25.20-P-1001-01B 
  Bleeding    
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

IMPORTANT Notes on externally invisible brake fluid loss   AH42.10-P-9406-02A
1 Unscrew cap on brake fluid reservoir    
2 Connect brake fluid changing unit to brake fluid reservoir IMPORTANT Follow directions in operating manual supplied by manufacturer.

3.1 Remove rear part of bottom part of noise encapsulation Vehicles with diesel engine  
    Model 203, 209 AR94.30-P-5300P
    Model 211 AR94.30-P-5300T
3.2 Remove rear part of engine compartment paneling Vehicles with gasoline engine  
    Model 203, 209 AR61.20-P-1105P
    Model 211 AR61.20-P-1105T
4 Remove cap on clutch housing    
5 Open bleed screw on central clutch operator IMPORTANT Collect brake fluid in a suitable container.  
    SPECIAL TOOL Socket wrench *140589030900
6 Allow brake fluid to flow out IMPORTANT Brake fluid must emerge clean and free of bubbles.  
7 Close bleed screw on central clutch operator TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA25.20-P-1001-01B 
8 Detach brake fluid changing unit from brake fluid reservoir IMPORTANT Follow directions in operating manual supplied by manufacturer.  
9 Correct brake fluid level in reservoir    
10 Screw cap onto brake fluid reservoir    
11 Check function of clutch operator    
12 Check system for leakage    
13.1 Install rear part of bottom part of noise encapsulation Vehicles with diesel engine

13.2 Install rear part of engine compartment paneling Vehicles with gasoline engine
