| 3 | Relieve the pressure from the air suspension strut (40) using STAR DIAGNOSIS until the residual pressure is reached | ||

| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector (1) at the top of the shift valve | ||
| 5 | Detach pressure line connection (40a) | ||

| 8 | Disconnect electrical connector for damping valve unit | AR32.22-P-1500-01TV | |
| 9 | Unscrew nut (3) and press upper ball joint out of steering knuckle (5) | AR33.20-P-0500-01N | |

| 10 | Detach air suspension strut (40) from spring control arm (6) | ||
| 11 | Press down spring control arm (6), detach air suspension strut (40) from spring control arm (6) and remove sideways and downwards | ||
| Check minimum installed length of air suspension struts and replace air suspension struts if necessary. | AR32.25-P-1017-02T | ||
| Dispose of suspension strut. | OS32.25-P-0122-01J | ||
| 12 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 13 | Charge relevant air suspension strut (40) using STAR DIAGNOSIS to 5 bar | ||
| 14 | Tighten threaded connection of air suspension struts (40) on spring control arm (6) to curb condition | ||
