Removing, installing rear prefuse box - AR54.15-P-1340T

	Remove/Install
1	Remove trim from rear end center assembly		AR68.30-P-4785TA
2	Disconnect battery ground cable		AR54.10-P-0003TA
3.1	Lift TIREFIT box out of spare wheel well	Not on vehicles with: Code (669), spare tire on steel rim or Code (679), spare tire in structural wheel design or Code (690) Compact spare tire as emergency wheel
3.2	Remove spare wheel from spare wheel well	Only vehicles with: Code (669), spare tire on steel rim or Code (679), spare tire in structural wheel design or Code (690) Compact spare tire as emergency wheel
4	Unscrew screws (4) from tool box (3), unclip tool box (3) using mounting wedge (5) and then remove		*110589035900
5	Remove clips (2) and raise spare wheel well trim panel (1) until rear prefuse box (F33) can be accessed	Remove all clips (2) from spare wheel well trim panel (1). Number of clips (2) varies depending on equipment configuration. Support spare wheel well trim panel (1) using a suitable object. Installation:  Install new clips (2).

6	Mark installation position of individual supply lines (red) (6)	Number of supply lines (red) (6) varies depending on equipment configuration.
7	Slacken nuts securing supply lines (red) (6) to rear prefuse box (F33) and move supply lines (red) (6) to one side	Nuts remain attached to supply lines (red) (6). Installation:  Observe markings showing installation position.

8	Unclip fuse holders (7)	Installation:  Pay attention to color coding. Number of fuse holders (7) varies depending on equipment configuration.
9	Unscrew positive lead (black) (8) and move to one side		*BA54.10-P-1008-01C
10	Separate electrical connectors (9)	Installation:  Electrical connectors (9) are color-coded.
11	Unclip rear prefuse box (F33) from latching hook (10) and remove	Push latching hook (10) to side.
12	Install in the reverse order
