Repair method completely modified

Steps 1 to 15

	Remove/install
1	Open load compartment floor upwards	See Operating Instructions
2	Remove trim from rear end center assembly		AR68.30-P-4785TA
3.1	Remove TIREFIT box (4) from spare wheel well	On vehicles without code (669) spare tire on steel rim or without code (679) spare tire in structural wheel design or without code (690) compact spare tire as emergency wheel
3.2	Remove spare wheel	On vehicles with code (669) spare tire on steel rim or with code (679) spare tire in structural wheel design or with code (690) compact spare tire as emergency wheel
4	Unscrew bolts (5) from tool kit (6)
5	Unclip and then remove tool box (6) from spare wheel well using assembly wedge (7)		*110589035900
6	Remove battery cover and remove clip (9) at front and rear
7	Remove expanding clips (10)		*WH58.30-Z-1004-19A
		Installation: Replace damaged expanding clips (10).
8	Unscrew bolts (3) from load compartment floor (2) on left and right		*BA68.80-P-1004-01A
9	Fold load compartment floor back down and then slide it open	See Operating Instructions
10	Free up spare wheel well paneling (1) in area of emergency release (8)
11	Cut into spare wheel well paneling (1) in area of hydraulic cylinder (11) (cutting line A)
12	Slide load compartment floor back in and open upwards	See Operating Instructions
13	Pull out spare wheel well paneling (1) at left and right in area of load compartment floor brackets (2)	Carefully pull out spare wheel well paneling (1). Spare wheel well paneling (1) could be damaged
14	Remove spare wheel well paneling (1) from spare wheel well	Installation: To facilitate installation of spare wheel well paneling (1) cut into spare wheel well paneling (1) at front and right (cutting lines B).
15	Install in the reverse order
