Remove/install spare tire well paneling - AR68.30-P-4620TM

MODEL 211.2 as of 1.6.06 except CODE (943) Automatically extendable main loading floor

	Remove/install
1	Open rear load compartment floor (11) and remove
2	Open middle load compartment floor (12).
3	Remove stowage tray with basket (13).
4	Release strut (14) at side (arrow) and remove from load compartment
5	Remove trim from rear end center assembly		AR68.30-P-4785TA
6	Remove TIREFIT holder (2) or spare wheel from spare wheel recess.	Depending on vehicle configuration.
7	Unscrew bolts (3) from tool box (4)
8	Unclip tool kit (4) upward from spare wheel recess with assembly wedge (5) and remove.		*110589035900
9	Remove battery cover (5) and remove both clips (7).
10	Remove expansion clips (8)		*WH58.30-Z-1004-19A
	Risk of injury  caused by body parts being pinched or crushed when working on gas-operated struts under tension	Only remove and install gas-operated struts when they are not under tension and when the components are properly secured.	AS00.00-Z-0012-01A
11	Lift retainer (9) with suitable screwdriver and remove gas pressure strut (10) from spare wheel recess.	Do not remove retainer (9), otherwise tension on retainer (9) can be lost Installation:  Install gas pressure strut (10) with retainer (9) installed.
12	Remove spare tire well paneling (1) from spare tire well
13	Install in the reverse order
