- Install, fit rear cross member (flush with holes, positive) and fix with clamping pliers.
- Drill 6.5 mm dia. rivet holes (areas A and E).
- Remove rear cross member.
- Deburr rivet holes on both sides
In the event of damage of reinforcement (1) left and/or right.
- Install rear cross member, fit and fasten with pop-up rivets with locking thread and clamping pliers.

- Rivet rear cross member with Ø 6.4 14 mm Polygrip flat head rivets (areas A and E).
- 8.1 Install rear cross member, fit and fasten with straightening member and clamping pliers.
- 9.1 Drill 6.5 mm dia. rivet holes (areas J and N).
- 10.1 Remove rear cross member.
- 11.1 Deburr rivet holes on both sides
- 12.1 Install rear cross member, fit and fasten with straightening member and pop-up rivets with locking thread.
- 13.1 Rivet rear cross member with Ø 6.4 14 mm Polygrip countersunk head rivets (areas J and N).
