1	Remove left front door sill
2	Remove A-pillar paneling at bottom left
3	Remove cover below left of instrument panel
4	Remove accelerator pedal		AR30.12-P-1321CW
5	Remove center console (2)		AR68.20-P-2000CW
6	Loosen screws/bolts on the rear of the driver seat, unscrew screws/bolts on the front of the driver seat and remove the front paneling from the guide rails	Fix driver seat in place using a screw/bolt at the front	AR91.10-P-1000CW
7	Remove left front floor covering	Observe routing of accelerator pedal wiring harness.
8	Remove radio, radio with auto pilot system or COMAND controller unit		AR82.60-P-7502CW
9	Remove front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module and place to one side with electrical connectors attached		AR54.21-P-1260CW
10	Remove rear seat cushion		AR91.12-P-1020CW
11	Remove side rear side paneling		AR68.30-P-4780CW
12	Remove load compartment floor		AR68.80-P-5800CY
13	Remove molding from right D-pillar		AR68.30-P-4495CY
14	Remove multifunction antenna mock-up or multifunction antenna	The multifunction antenna mock-up or multifunction antenna is no longer required.	AR82.70-P-8951CY
	Install
15	Install new multifunction antenna for comfort telephony		AR82.70-P-8951CY
16	Retrofit retaining bracket (11) in center console (2)		AN82.70-P-0001-02CY
17	Retrofit comfort telephony wiring harness	Wiring harness in center console.	AN82.70-P-0008-01CYA
18	Insert center console (2) into vehicle	Do not yet attach center console (2).	AR68.20-P-2000CW
19	Retrofit comfort telephony wiring harness	Wiring harness in vehicle.	AN82.70-P-0008-01CYB

23	Connect Star Diagnosis and select vehicle via the vehicle identification number (VIN)
24	Run variant coding with XENTRY using software calibration number (SCN)	Variant coding with XENTRY using the software calibration number (SCN) must be carried out consecutively for the following control units. 26	Disconnect Star Diagnosis
