Remove/install windshield washer system pump - AR82.35-P-6002V

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install    
1 Remove the rear fender liner in the right front fender   AR88.10-P-1300V
2 Unclip one side of the bracket (1) for the window washer fluid pump (M5/1) from the washer fluid reservoir (2)    
3 Using an assembly wedge, press windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) from washer fluid reservoir (2) IMPORTANT Collect washer fluid which flows out.

4 Detach washer fluid hose (3) from the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) IMPORTANT Collect washer fluid which flows out.  
5 Disconnect the electrical plug (4) from the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) and remove the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Install a new gasket for the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) in the windshield washer fluid reservoir (1).  
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Fill washer fluid reservoir (1)    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Windshield washer system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level   AP82.35-P-8210N 
8 Perform function check on windshield washer system IMPORTANT Switch on ignition and check the function of the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) by pressing the switch for the windshield washer system. A sufficient amount of water must come out of the windshield washer nozzles.
