	Drain
	Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 1	Open fuel filler flap and filler cap
2	Push end of extraction hose (1) through filler neck and push filler pipe into right chamber (2r) of the fuel tank	Only use the following extraction hose (1) otherwise there is threat of damage to the non-return throttle valve (3) and extraction hose (1): Ground the extraction pump to avoid electrostatic charging. Sucher and Plank extraction hose model 1700094  Only this extraction hose (1) can be taken out of the filler pipe again due to its special form! Rubber or plastic hoses can get stuck on the non-return throttle valve (3)! If the prescribed extraction hose (1) was not used unintentionally: Do not use any great force when pulling out the extraction hose (1).  Open non-return throttle valve (3) by hand and have the extraction hose (1) pulled out of the filler pipe by an assistant by: ↓

3	Pump off fuel using a tank emptying device	Only the right chamber (2r) of the fuel tank will be emptied!

	Drain left chamber (2r) of fuel tank (B)
4	Remove fuel pump (M3)		AR47.20-P-5710SXI
5	Pull extraction hose (1) out of filler neck and push over right chamber (2r) into the left chamber (2l) of the fuel tank	Handle extraction hose (1) carefully in order to avoid damage to the components installed in the fuel tank!
6	Pump off fuel from left chamber (2l) of the fuel tank using a tank emptying device	Fuel transfer unit - gasoline/diesel
	Fill
7	Pull extraction hose (1) out of right chamber (2r) of fuel tank and push in filler neck	Handle extraction hose (1) carefully in order to avoid damage to the components installed in the fuel tank! Ground the extraction pump to avoid electrostatic charging. Observe manufacturer's operating instructions and notes.
8	Install fuel pump (M3)		AR47.20-P-5710SXI
9	Pump fuel into fuel tank
10	Pull extraction hose (1) out of filler neck and close fuel filler flap as well as tank cap
