	Removing/installing
	Risk of explosion caused by ignition of flammable products, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of explosion from fuel igniting. Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by fuel jets or leakage.	Keep all ignition sources out of hazard area. Do not carry out any work on the system when it is pressurized.	AS07.16-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 	Notes on injectors		AH07.16-P-1000-01A
1	Withdraw ignition key	To prevent any inadvertent actuation of the starter.
2	Remove fuel injectors		AR07.16-P-1000GZB
3	Move piston of cylinder to be checked to bottom dead center (UT) (BDC)	Crank engine at crankshaft. Do not turn engine against the direction of rotation of engine.
4	Inspect cylinders with a light probe	Connect up cylinder inspection light (1) and guide flexible test probe (2) of cylinder illumination unit (1) through fuel injectors hole into the cylinder.
5	Inspect cylinder walls	General information on inspecting cylinder walls	AH01.00-P-0300-01A
		If there is wear on the cylinder, the cylinder wall has become rough and the honing marks are no longer visible. The cylinder head must be removed in cases of doubt ↓
		Remove cylinder head	AR01.30-P-5800GZC
6	Install in reverse order
7	Check fuel system for leaks with engine running
