Remove/install oil pump - AR18.10-P-6020GZB

	Remove/install
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the vehicle lift	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove oil pan	Model 164	AR01.45-P-7500GZB

2	Remove bolts (4) on oil pump cover (1)		*BA18.10-P-1002-01K
3	Remove oil pump (2) from crankcase	To do this, remove bolts (5). There is a bolt on rear side of oil pump (2).

4	Take off oil pump (2)	Press off tensioning rail from the oil pump chain (3); unhook oil pump chain (3) from the oil pump drive gear (6). Installation: Clean the strainer of the oil pump and replace sealing ring. If oil pump (2) is dry, fill it with engine oil so that oil is delivered when engine is started.
5	Install in the reverse order
