Remove/install injection nozzle for exhaust aftertreatment system - AR14.40-P-2000GZB

	Remove/install
	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue®. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue®	Fill AdBlue® only into suitable containers. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.	AS14.40-Z-0001-01A
1	Disconnect AdBlue® line (1)	To do this pull protective sleeve over the AdBlue® line (1) and detach safety clamp from AdBlue® line (1). Clean AdBlue® line (1) at connection immediately and seal. Installation: Replace sealing ring.

2	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from AdBlue® metering valve (Y129)

3	Remove bolt (3) completely from clamp
4	Remove clamp and then remove AdBlue® metering valve (Y129)	Installation: Install new clamp Check positioning of AdBlue® metering valve (Y129), the lugs of the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129) must be located in the exhaust pipe grooves.
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out fault memory and erase if necessary		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
