Remove/install injection line for exhaust aftertreatment system - AR14.40-P-2001GZB

	Remove/install
1	Remove right underfloor paneling	Model 164	AR61.30-P-1001GZ
		Model 251	AR61.30-P-1001RT
	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning from swallowing AdBlue	Only pour AdBlue into suitable containers. Only begin work on the exhaust aftertreatment system after releasing the pressure.	AS14.40-Z-0001-01A
2	Detach AdBlue® line (2) from AdBlue® line connection (1)	Clean the AdBlue® line connection (1) immediately and close off. Installation: Install new sealing ring.

3	Remove right rear wheel
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary	Model 164	AP40.10-P-4050Z
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary	Model 251	AP40.10-P-4050RT
4	Open the retaining clamps (4) on the injection line	Unclip the retaining clamps (4) from below. To do this, actuate the orifice lug (5).
5	Remove AdBlue® line (2) above the rear axle carrier
	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning from swallowing AdBlue	Only pour AdBlue into suitable containers. Only begin work on the exhaust aftertreatment system after releasing the pressure.	AS14.40-Z-0001-01A
6	Unclip AdBlue® line (2) at metering valve connection (3)	Clean the metering valve connection (3) immediately and close off. Installation: Install new sealing ring.

7	Remove/install AdBlue® tank	Only if the line between the AdBlue® tank and AdBlue® line (2) has to be removed.	AR14.40-P-2014GZB
8	Remove the line between AdBlue® tank and AdBlue® line (2)	Only if the line between AdBlue® tank and AdBlue® line (2) is damaged.
9	Install in the reverse order
