Remove/install exhaust gas recirculation bypass flap - AR14.20-P-7661CD

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover
2	Remove covering for the belt drive (1)	Model 204, 207, 212 To do this remove bolts (2) and covering for the belt drive (1) upwards.
3	Remove fan unit	Model 204, 207	AR20.40-P-5050CW
		Model 212	AR20.40-P-5050EW
4	Disconnect vacuum hose (4)
5	Unhook exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass switchover valve (Y 85) from the bracket
6	Remove bolts (3) and (4) and remove bypass flap (1) with exhaust gas recirculation pipe (5)	Bolt, AGR pipe to changeover flap	*BA14.20-P-1007-01G
		Bolt, EGR pipe to heat exchanger	*BA14.20-P-1012-01G
7	Install in the reverse order
