Remove/install throttle valve actuator - AR07.61-P-1401GZA (ML350, ML550, GL450, GL550)

	Remove/install
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)		AR07.07-P-1453GZA
2	Remove air guide housing (1)		AR09.20-P-0080GZA
3	Release and disconnect the electrical connector at the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Pull bleed hose (2) out of throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Remove bolts (3)		*BA07.61-P-1001-01D
6	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Remove gasket (4)	Installation: Replace seal (4). Clip gasket (4) into the resonance intake manifold (arrow).
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Read out fault memory	Stored faults which may be caused by disconnecting cables or by simulation during test operations, must be erased in the fault memory after completing the work. STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnostic system
