Remove, install tumble flap position sensor to intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1995GZA (ML350, ML550, GL450, GL550)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1 Remove air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150GZA 
2 Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) at left intake manifold tumble flap position sensor (B28/9) or right intake manifold tumble flap position sensor (B28/10)    
3 Remove bolt (2) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA09.20-P-1002-01N 
4 Remove left intake manifold tumble flap position sensor (B28/9) or right intake manifold tumble flap position sensor (B28/10) from the resonance intake manifold (3) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace the gaskets.  
5 Install in the reverse order    
6 Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read fault memory IMPORTANT Stored faults which may be caused by disconnecting cables or by simulation during test operations, must be erased in the fault memory after completing the work. AD00.00-P-2000-04A
