Tightening specifications for cylinder head bolts - AR01.30-P-5800-07SX

MODIFICATION NOTES

4.10.06 Cylinder head bolt to timing case Engine 273 *BA01.30-P-1003-01O

IMPORTANT The cylinder head bolts must be tightened according to the numerical sequence shown in the diagram. Loosening of bolts takes place in reverse order.

  1. Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 1.
  2. Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 2.
  3. Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 3.
  4. Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 4.
  5. Tighten bolts (11).
