Remove/install fuel level sensor - AR47.10-P-7000GZH (with Gas-tight fuel tank)

MODEL 164 with CODE (917) Gas-tight fuel tank

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.
AS47.00-Z-0001-01A 
1 Drain fuel tank.    
  Left tank half sensor     
2 Remove fuel filter from fuel tank Lay fuel filter with attached lines carefully on absorbent material.  
  Replace fuel filter   AP47.20-P-0780GZH 
3 Press notches (14n) in direction of arrow A and pull left tank half fuel level indicator sensor (B4/1) at the same time in the direction of arrow B from the carrier (14b) Removal:  Do not loosen connector for the connection (14s) from carrier (14b).
Installation:  Do not tip connection (14s) but carefully introduce it instead into the connector.
 
4 Swivel left tank half fuel level indicator sensor (B4/1) out of the fuel tank in the direction of arrow and take out Handle left tank half fuel level indicator sensor (B4/1) carefully in order to avoid deforming the float linkage.  
  Right tank half sensor     
5 Open right tank half   AR47.20-P-5710GZH 
6 Press notches (14n) in direction of arrow A and pull out right tank half fuel level indicator sensor at the same time in direction of arrow B Removal:  Do not loosen connector for the connection (14s) from carrier (14b).
Installation:  Do not tip connection (14s) but carefully introduce it instead into the connector.
 
7 Swivel right tank half fuel level indicator sensor (B4/2) out of the fuel tank in the direction of arrow and take out Handle right tank half fuel level indicator sensor () carefully in order to avoid deforming the float linkage.  
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Inspect fuel system for leaks   AP47.00-P-4750TZV
