Remove/install steering angle sensor - AR46.10-P-0300GS

	Remove/install
1	Turn steering to center position	The front wheels must be in the straight-ahead position.
2	Remove steering wheel	Installation:  Replace countersunk screw.	AR46.10-P-0100P
3	Remove fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45)		AR46.10-P-0200GS
4.1	Detach fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) from steering angle sensor (B24/8)	Model 463 up to 30.06.02 Press the retaining clips (arrows) outwards.
4.2	Unscrew bolt (1) and pull steering angle sensor (B24/8) out of steering column switch module (3)	Model 463 as of 1.07.02
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Activate steering angle sensor		AR46.10-P-0300-01I
7	Read out fault memory	STAR DIAGNOSIS: Stored faults, which can result from cables being disconnected or from simulation during removal and installation or test work, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out and erase fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
