Remove/install headlamp cleaning system pump - AR82.35-P-6003T

MODELS 211.0 /2 /6 with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

	Remove/install
	Risk of death  cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Lift vehicle on lifting platform.
2	Detach right front road wheel		*BA40.10-P-1001-01A
3	Remove rear fender liner in right front fender	See:↓ Remove/install inner fender in front fender	AR88.10-P-1300T
4	Disconnect electrical connectors (1).
5.1	Detach electrical connector on rear-end door washer fluid pump	in case of Model 211.2
6	Detach washer fluid hose (2) from HCS pump (M5/2)	Press retaining clip (arrow). Collect washer fluid which flows out. Installation:  Replace sealing ring (3).
7	Unclip bracket (4) from washer fluid reservoir (5)
8	Use a mounting wedge to push off the HCS pump (M5/2) from the washer fluid reservoir (5)	Note correct installation positions.
		Installation:  Replace gasket (6).	Figure
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Fill washer fluid reservoir (5)
	Check windshield washing unit fluid level, top up if necessary		AP82.35-P-8210N
11	Perform function check of HCS pump (M5/2)	Check the function of the HCS pump (M5/2) by pressing the HCS switch. A sufficient quantity of washer fluid must spray out of the spray nozzles.
12	Perform function check of windshield washer fluid pump	Switch on the ignition and press the combination switch to check the function of the windshield washer fluid pump. A sufficient quantity of washer fluid must spray out of the spray nozzles.
13.1	Perform function check of rear-end door washer fluid pump	in case of Model 211.2 Press the rear wiper switch to check the function of the rear-end door washer fluid pump. A sufficient quantity of washer fluid must spray out of the spray nozzles.
