2	Remove center stowage compartment (2).	The stowage compartment (2) is a discontinued part and is no longer required.	AR68.10-P-1620T

3.2	Remove COMAND operating, display and controller unit	For vehicles with  code (526) COMAND (without navigation) or with  code (527) COMAND APS (with navigation)	AR82.85-P-1000T
4	Remove cover below left of instrument panel		AR68.10-P-1500T
5	Remove left front floor covering		AR68.20-P-2050T
6	Unclip cover from interior fuse box (F34) at driver-side
	Install
7	Retrofit power supply wiring harness (1) of CD changer (A2/6)		AN82.64-P-0001-01T
8	Retrofit wiring harness of optical fiber for the Media Oriented System Transport (MOST)		AN82.70-P-0002-01T
	Notes on optical fiber		AH82.70-P-0001-02T
	Notes on avoiding damage to optical fibers during repair work	With Media Oriented System Transport (MOST)	AH82.60-P-0001-05AK
9	Install CD changer (A2/6)		AR82.64-P-7508T
10	Install remaining parts
11	Connect Star Diagnosis
12	Carry out specified/actual configuration using Star Diagnosis
13	Enter special equipment in the vehicle data card and in the vehicle's online data card	Enter the code consisting of the letter and number combination "ETN819" for the CD changer (A2/6).
14	Disconnect Star Diagnosis
15	Conduct function test of CD changer (A2/6)
16	Document retrofitted equipment using vehicle documentation (VeDoc)	Attach "CD changer retrofitted, as per AN82.64-P-0001T " note under the field organization texts to design group 82
