Rear window windshield washer system washer fluid hose, remove/install - AR82.35-P-6985TA

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove headliner IMPORTANT Just lower headliner and push forwards until repair area is accessible.
In doing so, do not disconnect electrical connectors.		 AR68.30-P-4300TD
2 Remove liner on rear-end door IMPORTANT Only upper paneling. AR72.20-P-3520T
3 Remove cover from rear-end door sealing frame IMPORTANT Right hinge mounting hole cover only. AR88.80-P-0003T
4 Remove cover from hinge (2) IMPORTANT Only on right-hand side.  
5 Detach cable guide hose (8) from rear-end door (9) (arrow)    
6 Unclip damaged washer fluid hose (3) from coupling (4)    
7 Cut off damaged washer fluid hose (3) at separation points (5 and 12) using a suitable tool IMPORTANT The damaged washer fluid hose (3) can be left in the area of the sheating.  
8 Undo tie strap (6) and remove damaged washer fluid hose (3)    
9 Pull damaged washer fluid hose (3) from spray nozzle (10)    
10 Release omega clips (11) from rear-end door (9)    
11 Detach damaged washer fluid hose (3) from rear-end door (9)    
INSTALLING Install     
12 Attach new washer fluid hose (1) to damaged washer fluid hose (3) IMPORTANT Attach new washer fluid hose (1) to separation point (12).  
13 Lead new washer fluid hose (1) through cable guide hose (8) together with damaged washer fluid hose (3) (arrow) IMPORTANT From inside to outside  
14 Remove damaged washer fluid hose (3)    
15 Fit new washer fluid hose (1) to rear-end door (9)    
16 Clip new washer fluid hose (1) to spray nozzle (10)    
17 Fit omega clips (11) to rear-end door (9) IMPORTANT Replace damaged omega clips (11).  
18 Install cable guide hose (8) IMPORTANT Ensure that cable guide hose (8) is properly seated.  
19 Clip new washer fluid hose (1) to coupling (4)    
20 Route new washer fluid hose (1) along existing wiring harness (7) IMPORTANT Secure new washer fluid hose (1) with tie straps (6).
IMPORTANT Replace tie strap (6).
NOTES Route new washer fluid hose (1) so that it cannot generate noise or become damaged.		  
21 Fill washer fluid reservoir    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Windshield washer system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level AP82.35-P-8210N
22 Perform function check    
23 Check new washer fluid hose (1) for leaks    
24 Fit hinge paneling (2) IMPORTANT Replace damaged expanding clips at hinge paneling (2).  
25 Fit cover to rear-end door sealing frame   AR88.80-P-0003T
26 Install door liner on rear door   AR72.20-P-3520T
27 Install headliner   AR68.30-P-4300TD
