	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by slipping when inserting blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows	Always interrupt air supply or power supply before inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Prepare required workshop equipment and commercially available tools for repair	Workshop equipment and commercially available tools, see GOTIS http://gotis.aftersales.mercedes-benz.com
2	Remove wiper arm (2)		AR82.30-P-6910T
3	Mask cover (1) with fabric tape (3)	Mask painted area twice to prevent paint damage.
4	Bend up left and right corner areas on rear wiper shaft cover (1) (areas A and B) with long wedge

5	Separate cover (1) on rear wiper shaft from rear window with multicutter (4)	Window removal tool, see GOTIS http://gotis.aftersales.mercedes-benz.com  Cutting blade, straight, 35 mm blade length	*202589176300
6	Remove cover (1) from rear wiper axle
	Install
7	Smooth down excessive adhesive material on bonding surfaces with scraper (5).
8	Clean bonding surface on rear window	Use cleaning cloth from repair kit. Rub dry after use. Repair kit	*BR00.45-Z-1015-02A
9	Clean bonding surface on cover (1)	Use cleaning cloth from repair kit. Rub dry after use. Repair kit	*BR00.45-Z-1015-02A
10	Prime bonding surface on cover (1)	Use primer from repair kit. Observe drawing off time. Repair kit	*BR00.45-Z-1015-02A
11	Apply adhesive to bonding surfaces C and D	Apply adhesive point by point and spread Betagun III 2-K electric cartridge gun, see GOTIS http://gotis.aftersales.mercedes-benz.com
12	Spread adhesive on bonding surfaces C and D	Adhesive height approx. 1 mm.
13	Remove fabric tape (3) in repair area around cover (1)
14	Tension cover (1) on rear wiper shaft with adhesive tape (6) and suitable subsurface (7) and fix in place	Remove any excess material. Observe the curing time of the adhesive. After curing, remove adhesive tape and base.
15	Install wiper arm (2)		AR82.30-P-6910T
