	Remove/install
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1	Transfer basic data of navigation processor (N41/1) to STAR DIAGNOSIS	Only when replacing navigation processor (N41/1). Installation: Transfer basic data from STAR DIAGNOSIS to new navigation processor (N41/1).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2.1	Remove inner paneling on right side of load compartment	Model 211.2	AR68.30-P-1180T
2.2	Remove existing paneling in load compartment on left side until the navigation processor (N41/1) is accessible	Model 211.6 The presence and the design of the paneling depends on the vehicle equipment.
3	Insert removal tools (1) into navigation processor (N41/1)
4	Pull out navigation processor (N41/1) using removal tools (1) and disconnect fiber optic cable connector (2) and electrical connectors (3)	To avoid damaging the fiber optic cable, do not kink fiber optic cable, route over sharp edges or bend in radii smaller than 25 mm. In vehicles with code (860) TV tuner or code (863) Digital/analog TV tuner, disconnect the fiber optic cable connector (2) first and then the electrical connectors (3), otherwise there is a risk of damage.
5	Cover the fiber optic cable connector (2) and the equipment connector		AR82.95-P-0005-01A
6	Remove navigation processor (N41/1) from load compartment	Installation: Push back retaining spring (4) at both sides of navigation processor (N41/1) and pull out removal tools (1).
7	Install in the reverse order
