Remove/install door foil on front door - AR72.10-P-1010SC

	Removing
1	Remove door lining from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1000SC
2.1	Remove speaker at bottom front in front door	On vehicles with code (810) Sound system	AR82.62-P-7845SC
3	Remove speaker at bottom rear in front door		AR82.62-P-7845SC
4	Loosen left door control unit (N69/1) or right door control unit (N69/2) from inner door panel (2) and allow electrical lines to hang.
5	Loosen or cut butyl cord (4) on rear of door foil (1) from inner door panel (2) with suitable cutting blade	Carefully loosen butyl cord (4) from inner door panel (2) Danger of corrosion damage if paint on inner door panel (2) is damaged It is only necessary to partially loosen the door foil (1) from the inner door panel (2) to reach concealed components.
6	Guide release cable and electrical lines out through door foil (1) and remove door foil (1).
	Install
7	Check door foil (1) for damage, replace if necessary	When replacing door foil (1) remove butyl cord (4) residues from inner door panel (2) and clean bonding surfaces.
7	Check door foil (1) for damage, replace if necessary	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
8	Check butyl cord (4) for damage, replace if necessary	If the butyl cord is partially damaged (4) replace only the damaged section of the butyl cord (4). Route new butyl cord (4) parallel to the damaged butyl cord (4) on door foil (1). Remove butyl cord (4) residues from inner door panel (2) and clean bonding surfaces

		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
9	Guide release cable and electrical leads through corresponding openings in door foil (1).
10	Align door foil (1) on inner door panel (2) according to speaker expanding anchor (5) and roll down along embossed marking.		Fig 2
11	Insert lugs (6) on door foil (1) behind inner door panel (2).
12	Install left door control unit (N69/1) or right door control unit (N69/2) on inner door panel (2).
13	Install speaker at bottom behind front door.		AR82.62-P-7845SC
14.1	Install speaker at front in front door.	On vehicles with code (810) Sound system	AR82.62-P-7845SC
15	Install door lining.		AR72.10-P-1000SC
