Remove/install windshield - AR67.10-P-1000P

Danger Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism. Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism. -
NOTES Notes on removing and installing windshield   AH67.10-P-1000-01P 
REMOVING Removing     
1 Prepare glue cartridge    
    Repair kit 000589866300
2 Open driver-side window The side window of the driver door should remain open during the curing time. Otherwise the windshield (1) can be pressed toward outside by the air when the doors are closed.  
3 Remove detachable parts in area windshield   AR67.10-P-1050V 
4 Cover dashboard    
5 Cut out windshield with window removal tool.    
INSTALLING Install     
6 Remove silicon gel of light sensor or rain/light sensor from windshield (1)    
7 Prepare body flange for installation of window   AR67.10-P-1501-01P 
8 Transfer detachable parts on windshield (1)    
9 Prepare windshield for installation Repair kit, glazing, installing window, 2-component adhesive & 1-component adhesive AR67.10-P-1000-03P 
10.1 Replace rubber window spacers Model 171 AR67.10-P-1000-02V 
10.2 Replace rubber spacers Model 240 -
11 Align windshield (1) in body opening   AR67.10-P-1000-04G 
12 Remove protective foil from rubber window spacers    
13 Apply adhesive material   AR67.10-P-1000-08P 
14 Install windshield   AR67.10-P-1503-01P 
15 Remove detachable parts in area of windshield Model 171 AR67.10-P-1050V 
16 Remove cover from dashboard    
17 Check all electrical consumers in area repaired for proper function    
18 Close side window in driver's door    
19 Clean windshield (1) and vehicle interior
