Before applying glue bead (2), place windshield (1) on rubber window spacers and align in body opening.
- Install cup suction tool on windshield (1).
- Place windshield (1) on body flange with aid of helper.
- Align windshield (1) in body opening.
For this purpose adjust distance (a) between top edge of windshield (1) and front edge of roof (3) with feeler gauge
.
- Glue on strips of adhesive tape (arrows).
- Cut through the strips of tape (arrows) at the top of the windshield (1)
- Remove windshield (1) from vehicle.
