	Removing
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

6	Remove cover panel (12)

8	Drill hole (5) next to body flange (9) for inserting body saw (6) into spare tire well (1)	drill gotis://K_58.1_04.0
9	Saw out spare tire well (1) parallel to body flange (9)	Saw as close as possible to body flange (9). Avoid damaging paint. Body jig saw gotis://K_58.1_01.0

	Install

13	Cut out dia. 38 mm hole (11) for rear axle pressure reservoir	Code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) In marked areas of spare tire well (1). drill gotis://K_58.1_04.0  Keyhole saw holder, dia. 32 - 152 mm HSS bimetal keyhole saw, dia. 38 mm (without mounting shaft and without drill bits)

16	Repair paint damage on body flange (9) with primer stick

18	Apply adhesive on gluing flange at new spare tire well (1)	Width of glue bead approx. 8 mm, height approx. 13 mm. Betapower II (2-component electric cartridge gun)

19	Insert spare tire well (1) into body opening.	Install spare wheel well (1) within 10 minutes. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
20	Center spare tire well (1) and press on by slightly knocking with plastic hammer all the way around.
21	Insert sound deadening mat (3) into spare tire well (1)
22	Lift vehicle on vehicle lift.	Two-post lifting platform 2.5-3.5 t, electro-hydraulic gotis://H_00.1_01.1
23	Tighten cover panel (12) to spare tire well (1) at bottom with bolts (4)
24	Install rear axle pressure reservoir	Code (487) Active Body Control (ABC)	AR32.50-P-0011SX
25	Lower vehicle on lifting platform	Two-post lifting platform 2.5-3.5 t, electro-hydraulic gotis://H_00.1_01.1
