| 5 | Remove cargo retainers (3) and cover (4) | ||
| 6 | Raise floor cover far enough to have access to nut (6) and nuts (8) on the intermediate bottom (5) | ||
| 7 | Unscrew nut (6) and nuts (8) and remove intermediate bottom (5) | ||
| 8 | Separate electrical connectors (9) | ||
| 9 | Unscrew nuts (10) | ||
| 10 | Remove emergency call system control unit (N123/4) from bracket (11) | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order |
