MODIFICATION NOTES

26.7.06 "Disconnect/connect battery ground line" removed Step 1  
REMOVING Removal    
1 Remove right front and right rear door sill molding    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove/install door sill molding   AR68.30-P-4100GZ
2 Remove paneling from right B-pillar    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove/install paneling on B-pillar   AR68.30-P-4700GZ
3 Fold back rear seat cushion on left    
4 Remove right rear seat cushion Model 164.1  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove/install rear seat cushion 40% rear seat AR91.12-P-1020GZ
5 Remove 40% rear seat Model 164.8  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove/install rear seat   AR91.12-P-1000GY
6 Remove cover from floor below rear bench seat Model 164.1  
7 Lift floor covering underneath rear bench seat and remove styrofoam cover Model 164.8  
8 Remove rear center console    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove/install rear center console   AR68.20-P-2020GZ
9 Remove bolts of right 3rd seat row rear seat cushion from floor panel Model 164.8  
10 Fold up rear seat cushion and secure Model 164.8  
11 Remove cover above rear fuse and relay box    
12 Remove rear fuse and relay box IMPORTANT Only when "Accessory power supply wiring harness" has not been installed.  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Remove fuse and relay box in rear IMPORTANT Do not disconnect electrical connectors. AR54.15-P-1261GZ
13 Remove emergency wheel IMPORTANT Vehicles with compact spare tire as emergency wheel, code 690.  
14 Remove bracket for vehicle tool kit or Tirefit from spare tire well    
INSTALLING Install     
15 Retrofit screen (1)   AZ82.70-P-0001-12GZ 
16 Install DVD player (2)   AZ82.60-P-0005-01GZ 
17 Retrofit wiring harness. IMPORTANT Only when "Accessory power supply wiring harness" has not been installed. AZ82.70-P-0001-04GZA 
18 Retrofit wiring harness.   AZ82.70-P-0001-04GZB 
19 Carry out function test    
20 Install in the reverse order IMPORTANT Steps 12 up to 1.
