Remove/install engine hood - AR88.40-P-3000GR

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position		AR88.40-P-1000GG
2	Remove front grille	Model 461	AR88.00-P-2115GL
		Model 463 Installation:  Install front grille only after adjusting engine hood. If the locking mechanism sticks, the hood lock can be actuated manually.	AR88.00-P-2115GM
3	Disconnect electrical connector (3) from spray nozzles (4).	Except model 461
4.1	Remove hose coupling (5) from spray nozzles (4).	Except model 461
4.2	Remove hose (6) from check valve (12).	Model 461 only
5.1	Remove hose (6) and cable (7) together with rubber grommets (8) from engine hood	Except model 461 Installation:  Check rubber grommets (8), replace if necessary.
5.2	Pull hose (6) out of mounting clamps (9)	Model 461 only
6	Unscrew ground cable (10)
7	Remove check strap (13) from engine hood	Model 461.331 only
8	Remove bolts (11) and remove engine hood.	Remove engine hood only with aid of second person and store without damaging paint Installation:  Do not mix up bolts (11) on model 461.331, otherwise engine hood does not close correctly
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Adjust engine hood	Observe: Same gap all-round Flush transitions Engine hood should catch with low resistance.
11	Check spray nozzles (4) for proper function, adjust spray nozzles (4) if necessary
