3	Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)		AR07.07-P-1454TY
4	Disconnect electrical connector in feed line throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Do not disconnect plug on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) since it is bonded. The electrical connections on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and on air recirculation flap actuator are identical and can be interchanged. The wiring harness on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) is marked with a blue insulation tape. If this is not the case, mark wiring harness before disconnecting electrical connector. Coat electrical connector with contact fluid.

6	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Install new gasket
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Perform default initialization	After throttle valve actuator valve is replaced (M16/6). Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and select menu item for control unit adaptations in ME control unit.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
