Remove/install windshield washer nozzle - AR82.35-P-6970P

MODELS 203, 209

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install    
DANGER Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism  Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism. AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1 Remove air inlet grate (1) IMPORTANT Avoid damage to the paintwork on the engine hood and the air inlet grate (1) by using a suitable base.  
    Model 203 AR88.40-P-3001P
    Model 209 AR88.40-P-3001Q
2 Unclip T-piece (2), angle piece (3) IMPORTANT Risk of breakage!  
3 Unclip left (4) and right (5) windshield washer nozzle    
4.1 Detach coupling for washer nozzle heater (R2/1) For heated windshield washer system, code 875
IMPORTANT Left and right side
 
5 Install in the reverse order    
6 Carry out function check of the windshield wipers and the windshield washer system    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Check windshield washer system fluid level and correct if necessary   AP82.35-P-8210P
