REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1 Lift/jack up vehicle All except model 463.  
    Model 463. only AR00.60-P-1000G
2.1 Remove engine compartment paneling All except model 463, 220, 170 AR61.20-P-1105AB
    Model 220 AR61.20-P-1105M
    Model 170 AR61.20-P-1105A
2.2 Remove under-ride guard IMPORTANT Only model 463 except 463.246/271.  
    Model 463.246 with engine 113.982 AR88.30-P-0010MG
    On model 463.271 with AMG under-ride guard in stainless steel. AR88.30-P-0010MG
3 Drain and collect engine oil IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace sealing ring of the oil drain screw.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.45-P-1003-01B 
    FLUID SPECIFICATION *BF18.00-P-1001-01H 
4 Detach bracket of automatic oil lines at oil pan bottom section (1)    
5 Remove oil pan bottom section (1) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Observe application of sealing compound to oil pan bottom section: ↓
