Controlled heater operation, function - GF83.70-G-2004A

MODEL 463 as of 1.6.94 with CODE (H12) Stationary heater Webasto Tele Thermo Top S

Function prerequisites

Stationary heater started  properly.

Function

The heater is controlled depending on the heat requirement. Three control states are possible depending on the heat requirement:

After the heater has started up it operates at full load. When the coolant temperature increases to above 79 °C, the control module switches over to the energy saving partial load mode.

If the coolant temperature drops to below 72 °C, the control module switches back to full load mode.

If the coolant temperature continues to increase in spite of switchover to partial load mode, the combustion pause with shut-off delay is started at 86 °C. After the coolant cools down to below 79 °C the heater starts up again in partial load mode.

If the heat requirement is greater than the maximum heating capacity, the stationary heater operates continuously in the full load mode.

Controlled heater operation is terminated by switching off, by termination of heater operation due a malfunction or after expiration of the maximum heating time of 60 min.
