• Supplying voltage to the ME gasoline injection and ignition system via the relevant relay module or SAM
• Actuating the fuel pump for about 2 s as full running protection (only the first time "ignition ON")
• The engine diagnosis indicator lamp (in case of CHECK ENGINE indicator lamp) lights up in the instrument cluster for about 1 s (lamp check)
• Data exchange via the CAN databus (circuit 50 signal).
• The fault memory can be read out and cleared via the data link connector.
• Correction programming can be carried out with STAR DIAGNOSIS.
