	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 5	Loosen both front engine mounts (1)
6	Lower vehicle
7	Lift engine with engine hoist until center bolt (2) is accessible	When doing this, check that the coolant hoses and hydraulic lines of the power steering pump do not become overstretched.

8	Unscrew center bolt (2) with an impact wrench and compressor belt pulley (3)	If belt pulley is seized use pulley with corresponding clamping pliers To pull off, screw in center bolt without shim and use as a support.

9	Remove adjusting disks
10	Screw adapter into center hole and flush-mount the puller	Tighten the puller clamp screws evenly to 110 Nm.
11	Remove magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1) using puller	Do not lay puller lever against the oil filter housing. Get an assistant to counterhold. Remove dowel pins (4), these will no longer be required when mounting the new magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1).

12	Heat up new magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1) on a suitable hot plate to about 165 °C (5 °C)	Place magnetic clutch with hub side on the hot plate.
13	Wearing heat-resistant gloves, mount the heated magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1) and hold at end stop for about 30 s	Do not tilt magnetic clutch when mounting. Allow to cool down to ambient temperature and clean the magnetic clutch.
14	Attach old adjusting disks to magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1)
15	Attach compressor belt pulley (3) to magnetic clutch mechanical supercharger (Y2/1)
16	Measure air gap at compressor belt pulley	Place center bolt (2) of compressor belt pulley and measure air gap at 3 points.

17	Tighten center bolt (2) on compressor belt pulley (3)	Hold center bolt (2) using counterholder or universal tensioning strap (6).
