IMPORTANT In the Federal Republic of Germany installation approval is required after conversion from an officially recognized expert or inspector from a motor vehicle inspection center or an inspection engineer from an officially recognized supervisory organization.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Removing standard wheels   AZ40.10-P-0001-03B 
2.1 Remove rear bumper IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.

3.1 Remove fender liner from rear fender on right and left IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.

4.1 Remove rear spring IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.

5.1 Reworking body at rear wheel houses IMPORTANT Only with 255/35 tires R18. AZ40.10-P-0001-10D 
6.1 Additional body rework on the rear wheelhouses IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 EH2 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only. AZ40.10-P-0001-11P 
INSTALLING Install     
7 Fit special wheels IMPORTANT Check clearance between tires and body with rear axle fully deflected (at least 7 mm).
NOTES Use M12x1.5x40 spherical collar bolts for wheel bolt connections only.		 AZ40.10-P-0001-08A 
8.1 Install rear spring IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR     AR32.20-P-0230P
9.1 Install fender liner in left and right rear fender IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR     AR88.10-P-1400P
10.1 Install rear bumper IMPORTANT Model 203.2 with 8.5Jx18 wheel offset 30 with tire 255/35 R 18 only.
