	Removing
	Injury hazard  when performing check and repair work in area of rollover bar	Extend roll bar before working in the roll bar area Keep body parts away from the moving area of the roll bar mechanical system.	AS91.00-Z-0003-01R
1	Use the roll bar switch to fully raise the roll bar (3)
2	Remove side rear side paneling		AR68.30-P-4780R
3	Use the long wedge to unclip the cap (2) at the catch hooks (arrows C) on roll bar (3)		Figure
4	Unscrew bolt (12)
5	Lower roll bar (3) mechanically		AR91.50-P-8400R
6	Remove hydraulic cylinder lock pawl (5) from right support element (1)	See:↓
		Remove/install hydraulic cylinder lock pawl on support element	AR91.53-P-0100R
7	Detach electrical connector (6) from roll bar "down/up" limit switch (S83/10)
8	Remove bolts (7)
9	Take right support element (1) out of longitudinal member bracket until hydraulic cylinder roll bar operation (4) is accessible
10	Detach electrical connector (8) on roll bar deployment solenoid (RB) (Y57/1)
11	By pressing the pin (arrow A) using an Allen wrench, manually trigger the RB [URB] deployment solenoid (Y57/1)	Use 3 mm Allen wrench.
12	Withdraw toothed rack (13) of right support element (1) up to stop
13	Remove hold down clips (9)
14	Remove hydraulic cylinder roll bar operation (4) in direction of arrow (arrow B) from left support element (1)
	Install
15	Remove hydraulic cylinder roll bar operation (4) on right support element (1)
16	Remove hold down clip (9) on right support element (1)	Arrow on hold-down clip (9) must face upwards.
17	Connect electrical connector (8) to RB [URB] deployment solenoid (Y57/1)
18	Insert right support element (1) into longitudinal member bracket	Ensure that the sleeve (11) is inserted in the right support element (1) and does not fall out during the subsequent operation steps.
19	Secure right support element (1) in place using bolts (7) on longitudinal member console	Do not tighten bolts (7), as these are tightened during roll bar (3) adjustment.
20	Remove hydraulic cylinder lock pawl (5) on right support element (1)	See:↓
		Remove/install hydraulic cylinder lock pawl on support element	AR91.53-P-0100R
21	Switch on ignition, press roll bar switch in the raise direction and thus couple hydraulic cylinder roll bar operation (4) with the RB [URB] deployment solenoid (Y57/1)	Before coupling, ensure that the rotary tumbler (10) on the RB [URB] deployment solenoid (Y57/1) is open as otherwise the RB [URB] deployment solenoid (Y57/1) and the hydraulic cylinder roll bar operation (4) may be damaged.
22	Use the roll bar switch to fully raise the roll bar (3)	Avoid any contact with other components, as otherwise the roll bar (3) may be damaged.
23	Switch off ignition
24	Screw in bolt (12)	Replace self-locking bolt (12).

25	Mount covering cap (2) to roll bar (3)
26	Adjust roll bar (3)		AR91.50-P-9200R
