	Remove/Install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Open cap at expansion reservoir (2)	Carefully rotate cap half a revolution counterclockwise, release pressure relief, then unscrew cap.
	Notes on coolant	All engines	AH20.00-N-2080-01A
2	Pour in coolant	Fill coolant up to specified marking in the expansion tank (2)	AR20.00-P-1142GX
3	Unclamp outlet line (4)	Pinch cock	*WH58.30-Z-1013-02A
4	Detach coolant line from connection (3)
5	Place an additional bleed hose at the support brace (3)	Connect the bleed hose to the expansion reservoir (2).
6	Venting air from the low temperature circuit	Control the charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) using STAR DIAGNOSIS. Run charge air cooler circulation pump (M44), until coolant flows out of the additional bleed hose free of bubbles.

7	Install in the reverse order
8	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010RVK
