Remove/install the air duct housing - AR09.20-P-0080TS

	Remove/install
1	Switch ignition off, remove ignition key (transmitter key).	On vehicles with code 889 Keyless Go: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until the ignition is switched off. Remove the Keyless Go transmitter card or transmitter key from vehicle and store beyond the reach of transmitter (min. 2 m).
2	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150TS
3	Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)		AR07.07-P-1453TS
4	Detach the hose (1) at the centrifuge cover (2)	Do not use pointed or sharp-edged tools to detach the hose (1); they will damage the hose.
5	Detach the retaining clamp (3) of the electric wiring harness from air duct housing (4)
6	Push notch (4a) downwards and swing away air duct housing (4) below from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Lift notch (4b) and remove air duct housing (4) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
8	Detach the hose (1) at air duct housing (4)	When replacing the air duct housing (4)
		Do not use pointed or sharp-edged tools to detach the hose (1); they will damage the hose.
		Installation: Replace the CLIC clamp (A). No screw clamp or spring bracket clamp should be used since the screw connection can become leaky.

9	Check seals (5) for wear and damage
10	Install in the reverse order
