Notes on replacing a door added

	Remove/install
1	Open front door
2	Open window	The window can be damaged when transporting the door.
3	Remove door sill molding (1)	Mounting wedge	Fig 4
4	Remove edge guard (2) in area of A-pillar cover (4)
5	Unclip cap from A-pillar cover (4)
6	Unscrew bolts (3) from A-pillar cover (4)
7	Unclip A-pillar cover (4) and remove
8	Open cable guide
9	Disconnect connectors from front door on door separation point
10	Unclip protection hose (5) from A-pillar and front door and pull downward	Mounting wedge	Fig 4
11	Remove front door wiring harness (8) from A-pillar guide
12	Unscrew door holder bolt (6)	Screw for door holder on A-pillar.	*BA72.10-P-1003-01A
13	Unscrew nuts for door hinge (7)	Nuts on door hinge.	*BA72.10-P-1010-01A
14	Remove front door upward	When replacing a door, perform seam sealing and cavity preservation.
15	Install in the reverse order
16	Check gap on front door, adjust if necessary		AR72.10-P-0550P

17	Carry out function check
