Detach/attach filler neck on fuel tank - AR47.10-P-7542GY

MODEL 463.249 as of 16.8.06 with ENGINE 113.962

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

1 Inspect filling capacity in fuel tank IMPORTANT If fill level is above fuel tank neck, suction off fuel: ↓  
Empty / fill fuel tank AR47.10-P-4001B 
2 Remove activated charcoal canister   AR47.30-P-8212GY 
3 Disconnect electrical connector (1)    
4 Detach hose (2) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check hose (2); replace if necessary, replace hose clamp.  
5 Remove bleed hoses (3) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check vent hoses (3) and replace if necessary.  
6 Release hose clamps (4)    
7 Detach connecting hose (5) from fuel tank neck NOTESInstallation:  Ensure connecting hose (5) is correctly attached otherwise fuel vapors or fuel may escape.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check connecting hose (5) and replace if necessary.
 
8 Close of opening on fuel tank neck IMPORTANT To prevent dirt ingress.  
9 Remove filler neck (6) IMPORTANT To do this, undo bolt (7), remove tank filler cap and push connecting hose (5) at filler neck (6) upwards.  
10 Install in the reverse order
