	Remove/install
1	Remove paneling from tilting/sliding roof		AR77.20-P-0500G
2	Remove tilting/sliding roof control cable		AR77.20-P-1400A
3	Remove left side wall lining	Model 463.236/248 with code (979) Special protection version
		Model 463.243/245/246/249/323/333 up to 31.5.04 Model 463.248 up to 31.5.04 except code (979) Special protection version	AR68.30-P-1450GN
		Model 463.222/244/ 247/322/332/336/340 Station wagon, wheelbase of 2400 mm	AR68.30-P-1450GM
		Model 463.237/270/ 271/341/346, Model 463.243/245/246/249/323/333 as of 1.6.04, Model 463.236 except code (979) Special protection version, Model 463.248 as of 1.6.04 except code (979) Special protection version	AR68.30-P-1450GX
4	Disconnect electrical connector (4)
5	Remove tilting/sliding roof motor (M12/1m1) with carrier plate (9)	Start by removing bolts (10). Installation:  If the tilting/sliding roof motor (M12/1m1) is replaced, modify electrical jumper (5).
6	Remove guide tube (3) from gear (6)	Installation:  When installing, ensure that the collar (7) on the guide tube (3) slides into the groove (8) on the gear (6).
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Perform basic programming		AR00.19-P-0200P
9	Read out fault memory and erase	Stored faults which may be caused by assembly work, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in fault memories after completing the work.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
10	Perform function test
