Remove/install washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system - AR82.35-P-6000GR

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.		 AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1 Remove expansion reservoir (1) Model 463.202/222/236/237/243/244/245/ 246/247/248/249/250/254/270/271/309/ 332/333 AR20.30-P-4950GR
    Model 463.303/306/336/340/341/346
IMPORTANT On model 463.322/323 the washer fluid reservoir (8) is located on the left side of the vehicle.		 AR20.30-P-4950GY
2 Remove wheel well shell (2) IMPORTANT On model 463.202/222/236/237/243/244/ 245/246/247/248/249/250/254/270/271/ 303/306/309/332/333/336/340/341/346 remove on right side.
IMPORTANT On model 463.322/323 remove on the left side.		  
3 Remove air plenum chamber and water collector IMPORTANT Only with model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243 244/ 245/ 246/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346. Only release air plenum chamber and water collector and lift to one side, do not detach drain hoses. AR83.10-P-9998GM
4 Unscrew nut (3) from filler neck (4) IMPORTANT For model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 246/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/332/ 333/ 336/340/ 341/ 346 on right side.
IMPORTANT On model 463.322/323 on the left side.		  
5 Pull filler neck (4) out of washer fluid reservoir (8) IMPORTANTInstallation:  When installing the filler neck (4) ensure that the sealing ring is correctly seated on the windshield washer fluid reservoir (8).  
6 Remove bolts (9) of washer fluid reservoir (8)    
7 Disconnect electrical connectors IMPORTANT Electrical connectors of: windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1), HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2), rear-end door washer fluid pump (M5/3), windshield washer fluid level indicator switch (S42).  
8 Remove cable tie from hoses (5)    
9 Lift washer fluid reservoir (8) out of wheel well and drain washer fluid IMPORTANT Pour washer fluid into a suitable vessel.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Do not pour in washer fluid until all work is complete.		  
10 Detach hose (5) from rear-end door washer fluid pump (M5/3) IMPORTANT Mark hose (5) and rear-end door washer fluid pump (M5/3).  
11 Detach hose (5) from windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) IMPORTANT Mark hose (5) and windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1).  
12 Remove hose from fitting (7) of HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2) IMPORTANT For this purpose, remove clip (6) and pull out hose.  
13 Install in the reverse order    
14 Pour in washer fluid IMPORTANT See Operator's Manual  
15 Perform function test of windshield washer system
