Installing check and welding device - AR62.20-P-1286-04PA

Assemble inspection and welding device (01)

Fasten extension (W203, S203, CL 203 as of YoM 08 (beige-red)) (01a) or extension (CL203 up to YoM 08, A/C209 (yellow-green)) (01b) according to corresponding vehicle model to inspection and welding device (01) with bolt M8 (01g).$

Install inspection and welding device (01)
Position check and welding device (01) on spring strut dome and extension on engine hood hinge mount (arrow).
Insert centering screw (01c) from below with arrow pointing in direction of travel, fix in place with washer (01d) and centering screw (01e).
Screw screw M6 (01h) into threaded hole in engine hood hinge.
Tighten centering screw nut (01e) and bolt M6 (01h) while holding extension under tension toward outside of vehicle.
When performing testing work, fasten extension from below with bolt M6 (01i.
