Install bottom section of firewall - AR62.25-P-1100-03P

Apply MB body sealant to firewall (area F).

Install firewall and wheelhouse.
Fasten wheelhouse to straightening tool.
Fit firewall to wheelhouse and body and fasten with clamps.
Position spot welding flange bent open on new part.

Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet hole (area G).
Deburr rivet hole from bottom (area G).
Rivet bottom firewall with Polygrip flat head rivets, dia. 6.4 x 14 mm (area G).
Weld in bottom section of firewall with (areas B, C and D).
Weld in bottom section of fire wall with (areas A and H).
