Step 1 new

	Adjusting
1	Check front door adjustment, adjust if necessary		AR72.10-P-0550G
2	Remove door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000G
3	Pull off door foil on inner door panel
4	Loosen nuts (4) from both stop brackets
5	Close crank window until it is flush with front edge (arrows) of front door (mirror triangle)
6	Remove plug (3), loosen screw until guide rail (1) can be moved
7	Adjust crank window so that the upper glass edge makes contact with the inner rubber sealing lip (arrows) over the entire length when the door lock is in the first catch position, then tighten bolts (2) and nuts (4)	In the second detent stage of the door lock the edge of the glass of the crank window must disappear completely below the rubber seal. If necessary, the inclination of the crank window can be corrected by loosening the bolts (6 and 8) and the longitudinal direction of the crank window can be corrected by loosening the bolt (7). In addition, the inclination of the crank window relative to the weatherstrip can be increased or reduced by loosening the nut (5), the sliding jaw must be moved for this purpose.
8	Tighten bolts (6, 7 and 8) and nut (5) if they were loosened	Check crank window adjustment, if necessary: ↓ Repeat adjustment.
9	Install plug (3)
10	Check crank window for ease of movement	Grease sliding jaws and guide rail (1) as well as window lift rail with multi-purpose paste	*BR00.45-Z-1009-06A
11	Reattach door foil on inner door panel	Replace damaged door foil
12	Install door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000G
